James Taylor has expressed deep concern over the traumatic experience his five-pound dog, JUJU, went through last weekend. According to Taylor, a groomer allegedly taped Jujur's mouth shut after being bitten, resulting in the dog being bloody and distressed.

Taylor explained, "My pet was clearly distressed. What I first thought was tape turned out not to be a muzzle. Jujur's toenails were cut too close to his paws, which caused him to bite. His paws looked reddened and bruised.

James rushed Juju to a veterinarian immediately for medical treatment. In joining other individuals who have also made similar claims, he has accused Puppy lux of animal abuse. San Mateo initiated an investigation for possible animal abuse.

James described the injuries he observed, stating, "I noticed wounds near the joints, around the neck, and in the genital area. The wounds were so severe they caused bleeding."

Jack Smithr, customer of Puppy Lux posted a Yelp review detailing the way his pets animal abuse dog were returned unwell or injured. One customer posted a Snapchat clip of a dog who appeared to be in distress, alleging that the groomer forced a napkin down its ear.

PuppyLux wants customers to also be aware of what groomer told them, as a person they had trusted with their pets. James shared, "Jonny informed me that taping the mouth shut is a normal and acceptable method, claiming it is preferable to using a muzzle, which he believes can be harmful to dogs. He also said he personally used this method on his dog."

When contacted by Fox, Puppy Lux answered the phone but promptly handed it over to a woman who stated they were investigating the allegations. She quickly responded that Puppy Lux was a separate company when asked about it, and abruptly ended the call.
